Your responsibilities in this role

Display active participation to warrant the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Review and check application performance for potential bottlenecks, distinguish possible solutions, and do business with developers to execute those fixes Retain redundancy strategies, backup, and security Submit 2nd and 3rd level support Be involved the design of information and operational support systems Note down and retain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks Configure, test, install, and maintain application software, operating systems, and system management tools Govern and oversee all installed systems and infrastructure Band together with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Requirements
