Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking an experienced General Manager to run our Fort Myers store. This is a year round position responsible for maintaining our standards of guest service and team leadership while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management. Minimum Job Requirements:• General Manager level store experience or Operations Manager experience with a big box retailer. • Strong recruitment background.• 18 years or older.• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
