Summary:Join our team as a Field Sales Support Manager where you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless operations across engineering, sales, and project management realms. Your primary responsibilities will encompass coordinating shop drawings, scheduling material deliveries/returns, overseeing production orders, providing on-site customer consultation, managing change orders, overseeing project closeouts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required:Forming and shoring expertise with a strong grasp of construction materials and build requirements. A keen interest in sales, with aspirations to transition into a sales role in the future. Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam®.Comprehensive understanding of concrete construction methods, forming and shoring equipment/assembly, coupled with excellent customer-facing skills. Possession of a valid US State Driver's License and the ability to pass a drug screening. High School Diploma.
- Duties:Collaborate with Sales Representatives to attract and retain customers.
- Make informed financial decisions regarding project proposals by liaising with engineering to evaluate cost designs.
- Ensure efficient processing of change orders for all projects.
- Assist in addressing all customer complaints.
- Coordinate with account collections to ensure timely payment receipt.
- Examine/evaluate customer forecasts for accuracy and collaborate with the team to enhance forecast precision and compliance.
- Deliver prompt, precise, and detailed forecast-related communications to customers and the sales team.
- Work closely with the regional sales manager and regional operations director to drive sales growth and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Manage customer accounts effectively.
