📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present financial reports, compliance certificates and presentations.
- Participate and compile annual budgets, projections and cash forecasts.
- Analyze financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts and prior periods.
- Assist in streamlining and enhancing financial reporting capabilities.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested.
- Review and analysis of financial statements and key metrics for assigned areas.
- Prepare and review of various month-end closing schedules.
- Assist Controllers in all functions.
- Review and calculate payroll information before transmission to ADP.Review monthly financial results.
- Research trade receivables for usage and compile information from clients to adjust receivables.
- Oversee payments and reports to outside sales firms.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide documentation as necessary.
- Help design and implement internal controls over accounting processes.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES May lead projects.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.5 years of Accounting/Finance experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish required). Advanced Excel skills.
