About The Role

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and make an impact? The Team at RS Group Americas is currently looking for dynamic individuals to join us this summer as interns at our Ft. Worth headquarters. These individuals will have the chance to learn from a diverse group of cross-functional professionals and take part is several curated development sessions to support your ongoing preparation for entering the professional world.

Key Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will be dependent on placement. Possible internship opportunities include:

Sales Operations: Support our team of Sales Managers and individual sellers to implement improvements and assist with delivering first-class customer solutions from end-to-end across different functions Collaborate with business stakeholders in our Warehouse Ops and Product/Supply Manager teams Helping with Power BI dashboard housekeeping (map/document all Power BI reporting for sales teams - recommendations for consolidation/modifications). Possible CRM development for SalesForce Supply Chain: Interface cross-functionally with leadership and team members to develop process improvements. Leverage their academic training to mine historical data and foreshadow Participate in Data collection Root/Cause analysis processes Global Shared Business Services: New Account Set Up including Credit Review and Account validation to prevent duplicate account set up in SAP Cash Applications (Review, Validate and Code all cash receipts to the correct Customer Account; timely and accurately.) Billing (Review, Validate and Distribute Customer Invoices including any supporting details if necessary.) Collections (Review assigned Portfolio of Accounts and assist in follow up and follow through on past due balances while maintaining best in class services.
