Job Opportunity: Call Center RepresentativeLocation: East Syracuse, NY Duration: 2 years Pay Rate: $15-$17/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:Manage high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency. Generate sales leads and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers through clear and engaging communication. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers using various tools and methods. Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas. Address customer complaints promptly, offering effective solutions and ensuring resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts accordingly. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies. Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer engagement at every opportunity.
Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Typing speed of 35-45 words per minute. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
