- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across all platforms including Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to align with our brand's voice and mission.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels. Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. Fluency in English, and Chinese is a Preference
