Purpose of the JobProvide detailed analysis of all inventory movement and BOM costing activities
Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant work experience5+ years of experience working in the position in the automotive manufacturing industrywith:Movement withing an ERP SystemUsage AnalysisInventory Management
Knowledge:Proficiency with Inventory ControlsUnderstanding of cross-functional activities (departments like quality assurance, shipping, purchasing and production planning)Strong Communication / interpersonal /conflict resolution skills3 + years of SAP R3 experience or similar (Oracle, . . .)Proficient MS-OfficeWhy knowledge (problem solving)5S's good commandProcess, Results drivenStrong analytical skills (process/ systems)Proficiency in English Language (verbal and written)
Main Tasks:inventory Controlling activities, such as cost variance analysisand record inventory levels for upper management reporting (KPI’s)analysisSAP movementsscrapreceiving and shipping movement system errorsconsumption of substrates according to BOMBOM CostingMaster Data to identify root case for system errors (Root cause analysis on variance higher than 5%)cycle count team and counts (Root cause analysis on variance higher than 5%)
