Corporate Paralegal - Real Estate

We are excited to represent a well known firm in Denver who is looking to add a Corporate Paralegal to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and real estate transactions, with the ability to assist our attorneys in managing complex corporate transactions and real estate matters.. This role offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all stages of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financings. Coordinate due diligence efforts for corporate transactions, including reviewing and organizing documents, conducting searches, and preparing summaries. Draft and review transactional documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and corporate governance documents. Manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and development projects. Conduct title searches, review surveys, and analyze real estate documents and contracts. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions. Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate and real estate-related documents with government agencies.

Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree; major in legal studies is a plus but not required.5+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal with a focus on transactional support and real estate law. Strong proficiency in legal research tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and case management software. Strong knowledge of real estate law and transactional processes. Paralegal Certification is a plus.

Compensation: $65,000 - 85,000 + Medical Benefits, Paid Sick Leave, 401k, Transit & Parking BenefitsSalary range is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
