A global professional services firm is looking for an experienced Tech Support professional to join their team permanently in their midtown NYC office. This person will focus on providing VIP support both deskside + in conferences. This is a windows environment with ZOOM conference rooms and requires individual to be onsite 5x/week. Light networking + cloud services support preferred. Salary $90-100K
Requirements:5+ years experience doing desktop support in a professional/corporate environmentSupporting users on Windows 10, Microsoft Office, web-based applications, Azure, Active Directory, VPNs, Citrix, LAN/WAN + telecommunications. ZOOM AV Support experience + hardware, monitorsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
PreferredCertifications - CompTIA A+/Network A+, ITIL, MCDST ITIL + Problem management knowledge
Compensation: $90,000-100,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
