If you are a self-driven individual with a passion for technology, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities· Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our electrical and electronic products· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns· Document customer interactions, procedures, and resolutions accurately· Provide product training to customers as needed· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements Requirements· Proven experience with various systems.· Strong knowledge of electrical wiring of systems· Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment· Strong organizational and time management skills· Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems
Work Hours: 7am-5pm M-F
