Responsibilities & Requirements of the Shipping and Receiving Manager
Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred but not requiredYears of experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations – preferably within a manufacturing or distribution settingto establish solid processes for all shipping, receiving, and inventory management functions within the businessthe day-to-day operations of shipping, receiving, and inventory managementwith individual departments to manage stock levels, order necessary inventory, and ensure proper and timely supply of materialscommunication, collaboration, and relationship building skillsenergetic, and driven leaderability to provide effective solutions and solve problemscomputer and systems experiencelevel of organization and track record of functioning within systems and processesto lift 50lbs and perform occasional product deliveries as neededto work in the U.S. without sponsorship
