The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Controller who will oversee the company's accounting and reporting function. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls and leading the month-end close, financial reporting, AR, AP, costing, etc.
The ideal candidate will have the following:3 - 5 years of experience as a ControllerMid to large-sized company, preferably in manufacturingCPA certification is requiredA strong leaderIntegration experience with post-acquisition accounting and systemsAdvanced with top ERP systems, NetSuite is preferredProven success with process improvements, shortening monthly close, automation
Depending on experience and skill set, this role could pay $180k-$220k + bonus.
