Spectrum Staffing Group is proud to partner with a National Leader in the Construction Industry. We are helping in their search for a Certified Payroll Professional or a candidate who plans to study/sit for the exam soon. This company is even willing to help you financially obtain your CPP.
This position is fully onsite and offers excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:Perform semi-monthly payroll processing for two companiesHandle PTO requests and track accrued balances. Review, approve, and process health insurance vendor invoices. Calculate 401k matches. Execute month-end journal entries.
Qualifications:A certified Payroll Professional is a MUST (OR a candidate who is about to sit for their test)Intermediate ExcelExperience with NetSuite is preferred but not required
