📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, this role oversees the processing of multiple company payrolls. Responsibilities include coordinating workload, maintaining monthly work calendar for timely payments and withholdings reporting. Also, performs pre and post-payroll audits and serves as a backup for Payroll Specialist duties. Opportunity for growth and great benefits (possibility of becoming the Payroll Supervisor in 2-3 years). WFH on Mondays!! Responsibilities:Process monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly payrolls for the company. Conduct payroll reconciliations and troubleshoot any issues. Process the weekly off-cycle run, ensuring accurate data entry and transmission. Assist with quarter/year-end tax reports and W2s.
Qualifications:Interest in obtaining CPPExperience with payroll wage and hour lawsMUST have a leader mentalityCeridian Dayfrorce Payroll experience preferredKronos/UKG timekeeping experience preferred
