Project Lead & QC- Hagerstown- 75k, Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits pckg. My client is looking to add a Project Lead/Engineer/QC to their growing and amazing team! With a fantastic employee focused culture, casual environment and highly technical product this is a tremendous opportunity to learn and develop. This candidate will collaborate with Engineering/ Production/Assembly/Logistics leadership and teams, along with customers to provide solutions for some of the world’s top companies. My client works within various industries including Automotive, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Aerospace/Defense contracting all across the US and Internationally. This person will help to manage and optimize workflow processes, ensure project specifics and details are handled, work with CAD/design engineering tools and ensure quality standards while partnering to support the operations team.
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or PMP along with 1+ years of proven experience within Project Management/Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Control. This candidate will help to drive process improvement, project and change management and utilize GANT methodology. This individual will be a team player, driven, detail oriented and pride themselves on the quality of their output.
