Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (rotating two days one week and four days the next week)

Job Description
Routine grounds keeping and landscaping with efficiency and strong attention to detailWatering of trees and plantsPerform janitorial and equipment maintenance duties as neededPaint, repair and pressure wash building and roads as needed
Position Requirements
Strong communication skills with staff, residents and vendorsAbility to read policy manuals, house rules, safety procedures and maintenance instructions Ability to lift and pull 50-plus lbs. Follow OSHA requirements and safety standards and PPE
