This position will support the Accounting Team in all areas. This individual must be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and be a problem solver.
Overall Responsibilities
Work with the accounting team to assist in daily tasksKeep accounting files updated and organizedAssist with invoice retrieval, processing, and filingOrganize and match purchase orders with sales ordersAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivableMonitor and distribute incoming invoices
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasksMust be detail oriented and organizedTechnically competent and proficient with various software programsReacts to adjustments and alterations promptly and efficientlyMust be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies

WORK CONDITIONS
