IT Support Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT team as IT Support. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience in the field of Information Technology to develop hands on experience through independent work as well as contributing and collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and systems administration tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.
• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records within our ticketing system.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Office support as well as some remote site or plant floor support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Moderate understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts including troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as contribute team efforts. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution experience. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Background or understanding of manufacturing a plus.
