Required Skills
We need a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
Ability to speak and understand EnglishAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques. Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communications. Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other database/spreadsheet software, including but not limited to PowerPoint. Knowledge of basic accounting and auditing principles and procedures. Demonstrate ability to manage all aspects of contract/grant management, including preparation of funding agreementsAbility to collect, analyze, and interpret contract/grant programmatic and financial data. Ability to understand policies and procedures related to contract/grant development, contract/grant management, and payment processing proceduresAbility to provide technical assistance to state and local governments and other entities on contracts/grants, project closeouts, and payments. Ability to independently develop timelines and deadlines for multiple projects to successfully complete work accurately and on time. Knowledge of the FEMA Public Assistance Grant Programs or Disaster Management
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
