📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Solution Architect will provide technical Sales support and produce customer project requirements for customer sign-off and subsequently work with other Software and Controls HUB teams to ensure those requirements are understood and met.
The Solution Architect will carry out the duties described in this document while ensuring that they drive value, standardization, cost effectiveness and supportability of the HUB’s software and controls offering across Swisslog WDS Americas for all its customers by creating a world-class software and controls organization with value generating products and services.

Application Requirements
Degree in engineering and/or computer scienceHave working knowledge of the Warehouse and Distribution business sectorHave at least five years experience in providing Software and/or Controls solutionsHave working knowledge of Warehouse Management SystemsHave working knowledge of Material Flow Control Systems
Desirable
Have working knowledge of PLC controls and control logicHave experience in defining, procuring, installing and maintaining IT Hardware, Controls Hardware and their supporting infrastructure
