Job Description
This organization is implementing a new Contracts Management System, Infor Multitenant Cloudsuite. Before they go live they need to convert all of the regular contracts and Service Agreements for the organization into the new system. This person will work as part of the Legal team doing analysis on the contracts as well as reviewing exports from the legacy system and data in the new system, to ensure the data in the new system is correct.

Strong Excel proficiencyExperience with working with datasets, databaseHigh attention to detailWork independentlyWork in fast paced environment (project is in the last 90 dayStrong communication skills including ability to comprehend and interpret contractual terms, such as complex termination and term provisionStrong Organizational skillAbility to work as part of a team

Experience with contract management, contract administrationExperience with contract mgmt. systems (e.g., Symplr (formerly MediTract), Infor Cloudsuite FSM)�Advanced Excel Skills - vlook ups etc., but the formulas have all been created so don't need to create formulas.�
