What you ll do
Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forkliftsPerforms a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area. Coordinate with off-site warehousing facilities for parts replenishment and material for storageWork with appropriate purchasing/logistics/production personnel to resolve part shortagesReconcile and root cause inventory discrepanciesPerforms manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfilment administration and processes. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Who you are
High school Diploma/GED or local equivalentMinimum of 2 years' experience in supply chainStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAble to stand for extended periods of time. Abe to lift between 15 and 50 pounds. Proficient in basic mathematicsKnowledgeable of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)
