A recognized staffing & placement firm in Florida is currently seeking a highly motivated and personable professional to join their growing staff in Orlando as an Account Executive. Responsibilities:
The Account Executive will be responsible for:Developing a detailed territory plan, including specific account strategies to effectively penetrate accountsProspecting and identifying new business opportunitiesOn-going pipeline developmentIdentifying and creating a compelling business need and ROI for each prospectCreating and communicating the value of the company's and successfully engaging & winning with C-level decision makersSuccessfully "quarterbacking" a deal through the entire sales life cycle by building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders (internal and external)Consistently keeping CRM updated with accurate account/prospect status and other pertinent informationPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:1+ year of related work experienceHigh School Diploma / GEDComputer and Tech savvyExceptional phone etiquetteGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
