Responsibilities
The Senior Network Analyst will:Perform maintenance and changes on network routers, switches, and wireless equipment, as requiredPerform Implementation/Configuration of new network routers, switches, and wireless devices, as requiredAssist with troubleshooting internetwork connectivity and wireless issues. Utilize change management and ticketing systems, documents status updates and problem resolutions. Complete all assignments and project work in a timely manner with an acceptable level of qualityFollow documented processes, procedures, and policiesPerform customer service duties and responds to customer and project requests as defined by managementPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:5+ years of experience administering Routers and SwitchesBachelor's DegreeSolarWinds management experienceExperience with Cisco router and switches. Networking TCP/IP routing experienceExperience with network break/fix of layer 2 and 3 environmentsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsDesired Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer ScienceNetwork related industry certifications Cisco Wireless experienceCisco Nexus platform experienceCisco SDWANSPLUNK experienceExperience working in an environment subject to regulatory complianceExperience with supporting an enterprise network at a Utility companyStrong understanding of packet capture analysis
