Responsibilities:Log into Avaya Cloud Answer and direct all calls to the respective practices or provide contact for external agenciesFollow up on voicemails, ensuring clients are communicated with promptlyProduce logs and reports to improve the Switchboard SystemCover the Main Reception Area as necessary in efforts to support and provide backup to the overall teamKey Requirements: Reception/Switchboard training and experienceAbility to quickly assess callers' needs and direct them to the best practice area/external agencyBilingual candidate (Spanish/English) will be an asset, but not compulsoryTechnically savvyAbility to quickly grasp and manage the Avaya cloud system quicklyPossess working knowledge of MS Office and other toolsLooking for a sharp, strong communicator
