Skill: Scrum Master
Experience in working with 5+ teams and also work in global delivery model coordinating with associates in various time zones. Works with Product Owner / Business Analysts /Scrum Masters / RTE / Development teams on release plan execution. Should have experience in mentoring the teams and experience in playing Agile Coach role. Should coordinate Agile ceremonies, facilitating daily scrums, work effort retrospectives, showcases, and sprint planning sessions.
