JOB FUNCTION
The primary role of the Director of Nursing will be one of clinical and professional leadership in the day to day operations of the company. This includes ensuring the effective management of clinical care and support services provided within the company.
He/she is also responsible for understanding, supporting, interpreting, and implementing the philosophy and policies of the corporation.
Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications
- Current in state License as a Registered Nurse
18 months dialysis experience required Must know PD
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required
- 1 year nursing experience - Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience highly preferred
Must have dialysis manager experience
