TeamHealth is seeking a dynamic and experienced emergency medicine (EM) physician leader to join our team in our expanding East Tennessee market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emergency medicine, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a physician leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the clinical operations of our emergency department (ED), driving quality improvement initiatives, and leading a team of dedicated EM physicians. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine, family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM) and have proven leadership experience in leading an EM team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
