Title : BA (ERP) Analyst - Research InformaticsLocation : Morris Plains, NJ 07950 (Hybrid)Duration : 6 months contract high possibility of extension
Job description:This position is responsible to support and optimize SAP solutions for CAR-T Cell and Gene manufacturing and IT systems for the Morris Plains production facility.
- Provide operational support of SAP manufacturing, quality, logistics processes and SAP-MES integration for the efficient, effective and reliable operation for all stakeholders.• Train and build the Super User community network for better operational support• Provide user input for the design of system functionality, test cases and business scenarios• Work closely with Global teams to implement global solutions at production facility• Ensure that the systems supporting the process are in compliance with client's standards• Ensure overall alignment within technical solution and teams• Maintain close working relationships with site cross functional teams• Support the operational change control process• Interface with external vendors to make sure that business needs are met
Minimum requirements Education Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or other Life Sciences/engineering.
Languages: Fluent in English
ExperienceAt least 4 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (including a detailed knowledge of BPO Processes, GxP, Compliance Regulations);Comprehensive experience in commissioning and start-up of biopharmaceutical manufacturing plants;Strong customer and supplier relationship management experience;Solid understanding of the overall technical environment of the company;Strong influencing and negotiation skillsGood verbal, written and communication skills.
