DescriptionTechHuman is seeking an IT Account Executive to join our internal team of Talent professionals. With a high sense of urgency and flexibility, the incumbent will develop new business accounts, manage current accounts, and work closely with the Talent Management team (not a full desk position). Requirements2+ years of Sales Lead/Management experience (IT/Technology Staffing agency preferred)4+ years of Account Manager/Business Development/Sales Mgmt experience (IT/Technology Staffing agency preferred)1+ year of Technical Recruiting experience (agency preferred)Able to travel locally to client sites with the flexibility to attend after-hours networking eventsCustomer relationship management, consultative, negotiation, and persuasion skillsSuperior communication and presentation skillsStrong sense of competition and extremely driven/self-motivatedEnergetic, high sense of urgencyDetail-oriented with a proven record of exceeding expectations and delivering excellenceStrong ‘whatever it takes' work ethic and ‘can-do’ personalityAbility to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a highly collaborative team environmentBachelor’s degree (preferred)
