Studio Engineer

Job

duties: Collaborate across automotive disciplines to produce class-A surfaces for vehicle body systems, ensuring designs are structurally sound; lead the ideation and proposal process for innovative vehicle designs; ensure a balance between structural functionality and design aesthetics during the entire feasibility phase; streamline the Studio Design feasibility process by integrating CAD-Based Zone Layouts, taking into account design considerations; set up and oversee Studio properties, ensuring data aligns with engineering and design benchmarks; coordinate design studies, integrating plans into surfaces, and ensuring design efficiency and safety; integrate A-surface designs, considering structural functionalities, aerodynamics, and aesthetic appeal; develop Surface Scaffold repositories, drawing from digital modelling expertise; offer design alternatives that reconcile structural and aesthetic intentions; supervise and manage design data streams, ensuring engineering compatibility and design consistency; convert designer blueprints into functional digital models, informed by engineering constraints; and validate all surface data for design integrity in alignment with electric vehicle (EV) standards.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Structural Engineering, Industrial Design, or related and at least 5 years of

experience
