Job Description
Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling work tickets received electronically and/or by phone, qualifying/verifying customer requests, checking technicians in and out, and booking/dispatching purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions in a timely manner.

1+ year of customer service experienceProficient in Microsoft programsHigh School Diploma

FRIDAY-MONDAY 9:00AM-8:00PM.TUESDAY - SATURDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PMSunday -Thursday 1pm-10pm
Any employee must work for 6 months to be considered for a hybrid working schedule, pending evaluation.
