Responsibilities:Assist the superintendent in overseeing construction projects from start to finishRead and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of construction plansCollaborate with project team members to coordinate and schedule construction activitiesMonitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectationsConduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or safety hazardsCommunicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress
Requirements:2-5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Supervisor or Assistant SuperintendentExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality controlEffective communication skills, both written and verbal
