National Accounts Associate

Position: Key Accounts Associate (i.e., National Accounts). Location: New York City.

Requires:-> College grad with 3+ years of related experience within the Asset Management or general Financial Services Industry.-> That experience can be in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management or Client Services.-> Excellent writing & overall communications skills.-> Knowledge of private real estate would be beneficial.-> Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.-> Series 7 & 63 licenses are needed (may consider candidates without the FINRA licenses, but it's a requirement to get the licenses after being hired).-> Experience with CRM, such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities:-> Manage the quarterly business review process for key accounts.-> Act as a point of contact for internal sales teams and National Accounts.-> Coordinate data requests and be a general liaison for RFP's, questionnaires and the operational due diligence process.-> Prepare and support business updates that need to be presented to Senior Management.-> Maintain Marketing materials and coordinate updates with the internal Marketing team.-> Participate in organizing a digital outreach plan to connect with many of the partnership accounts.
