Overview
Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Status: Exempt/Full-Time
Location: South Austin, Texas [Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week]
Reports To: Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis
What You'll Be Doing
The senior financial analyst will provide analytical support to business leaders across the company
in order to increase data-based decision making and achieve the financial goals of the Company. You will
accomplish this through financial & operational modeling and related insightful observations, as well as core
FP&A responsibilities such as forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, and management reporting. You will
report to the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis and work with the entire FP&A team to collaboratively build
financial and analytical acumen across the company.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning & analysis, consulting, or other quantitatively
analytical role.
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Rockstar Excel skills, Adaptive and / or Power BI experience a plus.
Experience in multi-unit operation, like gyms, retail, restaurants, etc., preferred but not required.
