Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk

Pay: $18 to $22/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsGenerate and distribute customer invoices and statementsAssist with month end and year end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, financial reports and supporting schedulesProvide support in preparing audit documentation and responding to audit inquiresEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting principles and legal requirementsMaintain proper filing systems and organize financial documents and records for easy retrieval
