A local Veterinary Hospital is seeking to welcome a new addition to their team!
The ideal candidate is seeking someone who is good at communication, organization, and multitasking, prepared to thrive in their dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Client Service Representative (CSR) works under the Practice Manager. This candidate must provide exceptional customer service to all patients entering the practice. Handle reception responsibilities. Maintain medical/patient’s records. Manage accounts and processes cash, charge card payments and credit account payments. Data entry - Word processingThe CSR uses their knowledge of our procedures, services, and rules for visitors and animal care to make sure every patient gets the best care, and every client is happy with their experience. Open and close facility. Ensures all public areas are clean and presentable. Schedules patient’s appointmentAnswering incoming calls. Requirements:
