Job Title: Product OwnerLocation: Phoenix AZDuration: 6+ Months Contract
Key Responsibilities:Gather and apply feedback for our suite of tools, ensuring continuous improvement. Understand user struggles and identify gaps in our tools, advocating for necessary enhancements. Collaborate with the tools team, relaying user complaints and holding them accountable for timely resolutions. Prioritize our backlog of issues, ensuring that critical items are addressed promptly. Contribute to the full life cycle of our tools, taking ownership of the product.
Must-Have Technical Skills/Experience:Proficiency in agile/scrum methodologies. Strong project management experience. Product management expertise. Familiarity with observability tools (such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or Logscale). Data analysis skills. Knowledgeable about incident management processes. Experience using Jira and Confluence.
