📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time Controls Applications position to join our Controls team. This role is responsible for applying appropriate lighting products and specifications to controls projects.
RESPONSIBILITIESAccurately and effectively apply lighting products and specifications to controls projects. Prepare the control submittal packages and documentation for field installation. Responsible for completing controls projects quotations either directly or collaborate with the Quotes team. Assist, field questions and educate The Lighting Group staff concerning the technical interface between lighting and control systems. Field inquiries requesting technical support on controls systems from customers and factories.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSHigh school diploma with some college preferred.1 year of commercial lighting experience including commercial lighting customer base interaction and product expertise preferred. Applied experience with computer software including expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel. Proven ability to use logical, analytical thinking in problem solving. Finely developed written and verbal communication skills.
