You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to laser crafters and hobbyists who visit our showroom.
Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and attention to detail will contribute to a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate would have a passion for crafting. In addition to managing inventory and ensuring the showroom is well-stocked, you will also assist with customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels.
This role will be scheduled 25 to 30 hours per week and will be required to work Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Familiarity with either Vinyl Crafting, Sublimation or another similar craft is a plus!
Responsibilities
Monitor stock levels in the Showroom and restock shelves as necessary. Greet and assist customers promptly upon their arrival. Address customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls and e-mails.
Qualifications
Availability to work 25 to 30 hours during the week, which will include Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm Physical ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
