Customer Service Representative
Temp-to-Hire
Pay rate: $16-18/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Abilene, TX
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, polished, and organized individual to join their team.
As a Member Of This Team
Serve as a liaison for the company, new and existing patients, and all referral sources by providing/researching insurance coverage and payment informationReceive and coordinate all referralsCompose letters/memorandaInput data into computer programsResearch information
You Will Need
At least 1 year of relevant work experienceMedical experience is preferredHigh School diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong computer skillsBilingual in Spanish preferred
