Become a co-founder of a scalable startup through Infrolabs's Startup Factory Programme for Proptech, Hospitality and fintech ventures.

How the structure works step by step:1) We take 1-2 years to develop a robust platform with a market researched idea that works with one geographical region, to deploy it in another. We spend 100-150k in development, per application.

• If you need we scout for the right partner for the project. This partner needs to demonstrate that they have the right skill sets and capabilities for making this product a success. We typically interview between 90-100 candidates to select one.
• Once we have shortlisted our finalists, we send them a form, our proprietary algorithm shortlists founders with complimentary skill sets. The selected team will pay us 15k euros for the code buyout (typically 10% of the dev cost, which we use to do any branding/customisations the product might need. We provide free development/deployment support for 1 month. We will retain 10% equity on the product & the company that you’ll incorporate to monetise the product.
• You will allign your team & share equity with them, if needed, from your pot of equity (90%). We’ll give you a basic GTM strategy but you’ll navigate the ship, make pivots where needed. We will be a 10% partner (with corresponding voting rights)
