Job Description
Position Purpose: Maintains grounds by performing the following duties.
Key Responsibilities
Mows lawns. Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls. Waters lawn, shrubs and trees. Assists with landscaping projects. Details company vehicles. Maintains a professional image reflective of Trans Ova’s industry position. Follows Trans Ova’s policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education Requirements
Must be 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Working conditions are primarily outdoor environment with extreme temperatures.
Other Skills
Produces high quality work.
Detail Oriented.
Able to complete jobs in a timely fashion and hit deadlines.
Positive attitude.
