Description

Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and coordinating all inventory status reports (including vendor backorder, storeroom stockout, open order report, material update and resolution reports) and take proactive approach to mitigate supply shortages and stock outs. Perform research and data analysis to monitor and ensure Key Performance Indicators are at target levels according to established standards. Working closely with Supply Chain Management on adding new items to inventory, determines velocity and the appropriate stratification for these items. Responsible for maintenance of perpetual and non-perpetual inventories includes physical inventory locations, bin locations, and PAR level maintenance. Ensures cycle count measures are followed to prevent discrepancies in SCIS. Communicate

and coordinates with distribution team regarding stock outs, critical low or backorders. Accountable for properly communicating inventory availability and stock changes to clinical staff. Works closely with OR Team Leads to maintain preference cards. Other duties as assigned.
