Our client is a lower middle market specialty healthcare services company that provides services across multiple states. The company has been acquired by a private equity sponsor who has executed an aggressive “de novo” growth strategy that has allowed the company to expand its geographic footprint.
We are seeking a growth-oriented CEO experienced in managing a full P&L responsibility while undertaking ambitious growth strategies in a multi-location middle-market healthcare services enterprise. This individual will come from a deep operational background in a multi-location health care services environment with proven ability to oversee and drive business development and growth initiative. We require a strategic leader that will work closely with the investors and board of directors while equally acting as a mentor across all levels of staff with a “roll-up your sleeves” orientation. Ideally, this individual will bring considerable experience leading teams, refining processes and implementing systems controls within the context of a healthcare services model.
The compensation package includes a highly attractive equity opportunity with a competitive base salary and cash bonus opportunities.
