Chief Financial Officer- National Retail Growth, Private Equity
Our client is a middle-market retail enterprise positioned for significant growth and seeking a new Chief Financial Officer to be a key driver in business growth and transformation. The company is sponsored by a leading Private Equity investor with plans to grow the business to the next level and beyond through organic and acquisitive means.
You will be working towards ambitious growth goals, tracking both acquisitive and organic growth trends, and will be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as a valued member of the executive team. You will oversee the finance and accounting function and be accountable for building a robust and scalable process platform for the enterprise, with world class accounting, budgeting, reporting and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have had previous success building out high-performance, best-in-class finance and accounting teams in a SKU-intensive retail/distribution industry context. You will have exposure to acquisition due diligence and integration, relationship-building with outside lenders, and with leading Accounting/ERP system optimization.
Competitive base salary and bonus incentive is offered along with an opportunity for equity in the enterprise.
