Our client is a successful and growing middle-market manufacturer of highly engineered component products for blue chip OEM’s in a variety of market segments, with aggressive long term growth plans. This person will lead an ambitious M&A growth strategy while undertaking transformative infrastructure and cultural initiatives.
The company is undertaking significant growth initiatives while undertaking the professionalizing of the finance and administration functions and is seeking a hands-on accounting/financial manager who can be a thought partner to the CEO and with experience in cost accounting, inventory management and insightful operational reporting. Ideally you will have an extensive background in high-mix/low-volume manufacturing and bring a roll-up-your-sleeves, in-the-trenches style. Some exposure to cost accounting along with background experience in implementing robust processes and systems in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment.
Your background experience will include working in the rigorous process environments demanded by OEM manufacturers in the aerospace, automotive, medical device, and contract manufacturing environments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented middle-market context. A competitive base salary and bonus is on offer with attractive long-term incentive.
