Controller – Construction ServicesOur client is a leading west coast based, construction services business that is currently experiencing significant growth under private equity ownership. We are seeking an accomplished Controller to actively contribute to building and growing the finance/accounting function to support the further expansion of the business. This individual will have a strong understanding of business metrics, budgets and variance reporting procedures. The controller must be accustomed to Work-in-Progress accounting within a construction services environment. This could include coming from the general contracting, specialty contracting and engineering services industry. Our client seeks a highly disciplined, metrics-driven change agent capable of building a best-in-class finance organization focused on the bottom-line. Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in effecting cultural transformation, implementing process and collaborating cross functionally across an organization. This position requires a high energy, self-motivated leader with an executive presence who can serve as a business partner to the Chief Financial Officer. There is a very attractive compensation package on offer inclusive of cash bonus opportunities.
