Our Financial Services client is looking for a part-time Interim Technical Accountant to join their team for a minimum of 6 months working 20-25/Hrs. a week (can be flexible). Please note this role does not have a start date until July.
Location: 100% Remote - This candidate must have prior experience working remotely and be comfortable and efficient working in that setting.
This candidate must reside in one of the following states.[Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, Wisconsin]
Duties:Control testing pre and post Workday software implementation. Testing of design and testing multiple samples for test of execution. Complete LDT’s (Long duration targeted improvements) STAT reporting Documenting processes and procedures Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 2+ years of control testing experience Ideally someone with Actuarial process experience Insurance industry experience is a must. Strong GAAP knowledge
Compensation: $60 - $74/Hr. (Based on experience)
